If you use the callback form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, postcode and description of the problem that you enter. If you call us, we collect your phone number and what you tell us about the job.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to arrange for a drainage engineer to contact you about your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work.

Who we share it with

Your details are passed to the drainage provider who will carry out the work, so that they can contact you. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for 12 months and then deleted.

Call handling

Calls to the number on this site are routed to a drainage engineer. We do not record calls.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email info@harrowdrainunblocking.co.uk and we will action it.
